Open Positions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 therapy to children using evidence-based ABA techniques
Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
Collect data and complete sessions notes to monitor client progress
Qualifications:
RBT certification (or willingness to complete 40-hour course)
A passion for working with children with autism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs to ensure the highest quality of care
Collaborate with families to set meaningful goal
Qualifications:
BCBA certification
Illinois License in Behavior Analysis
Experience in ABA therapy
Strong leadership and organizational skills
