Dominique Fisher founded Align ABA with the goal of providing families with high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that truly focus on meaningful outcomes for children.

Throughout her career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dominique has worked with children and families in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, clinics, hospitals, and community environments. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the challenges families often face when trying to access effective, compassionate support for their children.

Dominique created Align ABA to ensure that families have access to thoughtful, evidence-based care that prioritizes each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. At Align ABA, therapy is designed to be collaborative, individualized, and focused on skills that improve everyday life. Dominique believes that when therapy is aligned with a child’s natural environments (such as the home, daycare, or school) children are better able to generalize and maintain the skills they learn.

Through Align ABA, Dominique is committed to helping children build communication, social, and independence skills while empowering families with the knowledge and support they need to help their children succeed.
